Shelco constructed this 170,000 SF GSA Data Center for Highwoods Properties. As the general contractor it was our responsibility to ensure the timely delivery of the mission critical class “A” office building. The five-story structure is built to SCIF requirements and includes a 35,000 SF of Tier II 24/7 data center space. Due to the mission critical nature of the project is constructed to Homeland Security blast requirements and is fully N + 1 compliant.
