Shelco was awarded this multi-dealership project to accommodate a new dealership for both Audi and Volkswagen on the same site. A portion of the existing parking lots on the purchased property were reconfigured and repaved to provide ample spaces for the new dealerships. The 34,550 SF Audi dealership includes a 16-bay climate-controlled service area with a parts mezzanine and the Volkswagen dealership is 27,368 SF with a 17-bay service area. The 2,450 SF detail center was completed at the same time the Audi and Volkswagen dealership was constructed.
