Northedge Upfit – Rural Hall, NC

Northedge partnered with Shelco to complete the transformation of their new 10,000 SF office space. More than just an office build-out, this upfit represents a forward-looking investment in Northedge’s operational efficiency, employee experience, and long-term vision. Shelco worked closely alongside Northedge’s leadership, designers, and vendors to ensure every detail aligned with their expectations and functional needs. Through proactive scheduling, consistent communication, and a hands-on project management approach, we delivered a future ready office environment that supports Northedge’s continued success and our valued partnership.

Shelco believes that all construction projects, regardless of the size, deserve the same management expertise and attention to detail we use to deliver large-scale projects. Despite the smaller scope, shorter construction duration and reduced budget, buildings under 20K SF still require expert planning and professional follow through. We to apply the identical project approach used on larger-scale projects to these unique smaller endeavors to ensure the delivery of a quality end product, every time.
