Cabarrus County officials hosted a ribbon cutting in celebration of the grand opening of the Cabarrus County Library and Active Living Center at Afton Ridge, the first county facility in the area. This newly built 40,000 SF space offers areas for fitness activities such as dance classes, yoga, tai chi, and games, along with easy access to a diverse range of reading materials, private study rooms, and more. It reinforces the belief that education, recreation, and community engagement are essential to a thriving community. A place where there’s truly something for everyone!
